Request data deletion
You can ask Makanak to delete your account and eligible associated personal information without a fee.

How to submit a request
Email support@bookmakanak.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. If your account uses only a telephone number, include that number in international format and do not include passwords or one-time codes.
Identity verification
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify control of the registered email address or telephone number. We will never ask for your password or one-time code in an ordinary support message.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when the request has been handled or explain any lawful retention requirement.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers eligible profile information and account-linked content under Makanak's control. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations and then removed when that period ends.
Effect of deletion
Deletion is permanent and may remove access to bookings, messages, saved properties, reviews, and other account history when those features are available. Resolve active bookings or disputes before requesting deletion.
