Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Makanak website and its customer booking services.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to create an account or make a booking.
Makanak's role
Makanak is a booking intermediary connecting travelers with independently operated properties and related service providers. The provider remains responsible for delivering the booked service and for property-specific rules disclosed before confirmation.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and verification codes confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account where permitted by law.
Bookings and cancellations
The total price, payment timing, cancellation terms, taxes, property rules, and refund eligibility shown before confirmation form part of your booking. A listing on its own is not a reservation; a booking exists once it is confirmed.
Payments
Available payment methods and the party collecting payment are shown before confirmation. Never send payment credentials or one-time codes through ordinary support messages.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with other users, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Content and intellectual property
Makanak's brand, interface, and original content are protected. Property information and media may belong to the relevant property operator or licensor and may be used only as the service permits.
Availability and liability
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is assessed under the confirmed booking terms and mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Yemen. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly are subject to the competent courts of Amanat Al Asimah, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
